Hi students!  

Here is our first recipe.  You likely have all of these ingredients at home and can cook along with me, with a parent's or other adult's guidance.  

Easy No Yeast Dinner Rolls

Metal muffin pan with golden brown baked dinner rolls

Makes a dozen dinner rolls.

3 cups of flour (Use any flour you have.  If you don't have plain flour, you can use Bisquick, all purpose flour, bread flour, whole wheat flour, pancake mix, corn flour)
3 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1 and a half cups of milk
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise (If you don't have mayonnaise, then add one egg and 3 tablespoons of oil or melted butter)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Combine all ingredients. 
Grease a muffin pan with oil or butter or nonstick cooking spray, or line with cupcake liners. 
Spoon batter into the pan. 
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.  If not golden brown on top, then bake for 5 more.
Remove from pan and serve warm with room temperature butter and honey or your favorite bread topping.
